Getting ready for another year back at this wonderful event in SF saturday 11am to 6pm 20th Annual Arab Cultural Festival. Entertainment is awesome, Arabs know how to drum and get down :) food is great and other handcraft booths. Also support of the Palestinian Community in the Bay Area. I am one of a few henna artist there but love to see you there......Every year, since 1995, the Arab Cultural Festival has transformed an iconic San Francisco setting into a cultural bazaar. Bringing the sights, smells, and sounds of the Arab world to visitors, the Arab Cultural Festival has been one of the most highly anticipated events of the year…and this year’s event promises to be the best yet! The bazaar-like set-up will invite community members and children to join in educational, artistic and cooperative activities. Vendors will sell handicrafts and delicious food from dozens of booths, and at the center of all the festivities, the finest Arab and Arab-American artists will perform traditional and contemporary music and dance for all to enjoy. Performances will reflect the broad spectrum of Arab cultural expression, which includes the traditions and creativity of some 22 countries, ranging from the seaside cities of North Africa, across the desert to Sudan and Egypt and into the Gulf and the Levant.
