We used cream of mushroom with garlic in place of the potato, which seemed like overkill, select spices, diced hash browns instead of shredded and sharp cheddar mixed with parmesan on top. OMG it smells great! Tomorrow will be an all day Crock Pot Ham & Vegetable Soup with the ham bone, fresh veggies and diced ham.
