Getting ready to go see my chunk of love. He is 5lbs 5oz and is doing good. They stopped his feeds again yesterday due to him dumping, but this is a process that is going to take some time. Please continue to pray that God will keep his mighty loving hand on him as he goes through this next surgery. Several folks have ask me what kind of surgery that he is having. When Colton had his first surgery from the necrotizing Enterocolitis he lost 3/4 of his intestines, all of his small and some of his large. He also lost the right portion of his colon. Because of that, he has a colostomy bag. Now they will go back in to make sure that they took out all of the dead intestines and if so, they will attempt to hook his intestines back to his bowel to see if it will function. The doctors are very optimistic that it will work but they just need to look at where God has brought this baby from. When the doctors gave up on him, we did not!! When the doctors said no hope, God said I am HOPE!! When the doctors said there is no way, he said I AM THS WAY!! When the doctors said its impossible for him to survive, he said I AM THE THE POSSIBLE IN IMPOSSIBLE!! So let me just give you all a word!! God is the healer and the great physician! As Libbi Perry Stuffle would say, Go God Go!!
