Getting ready to make seafood gumbo without a stove... This should be interesting. I have an electric fry pan that I can make the roux in and brown some things. I have a crock pot to cook it in, and a rice cooker for the rice. Depending on how well the electric fry pan heats up, will determine if we have johnny cakes to serve on the side of it or not tonight. But we WILL have seafood gumbo, as I am determined. What are all of you up to this fine day?
