Getting ready to post my weight and full length pic TODAY for the 6 week Thin It To Win It Challenge which starts Monday. And although one of my goals is to maintain my weight within 1%, I know I will reap the benes of my other goals which are to consume at least 80 oz of water each day, to lift weights for a minimum of 1/2 hour a day 4 out of 7 days, to not be negatively influenced by those that make poor food choices around me/not use that as an excuse to eat crappy. I also want to do 100 ab crunches DAILY. That is the physical component. On the mental and spiritual, I want to SHUT UP and listen! I want to get to church each week/listen to pod cast sermons when I can. I want to go to Barnes and Nobel and buy myself a couple great books and I want to take TV out of the equation, not that I watch it a lot (with the exception of Biggest Looser, Chris Powell extreme weight loss and breaking critical news of our nation and world. Ok gotta go! TTYL~~~~~
