Getting really excited about the rabbit show this weekend! Sounds like lots of people attend this thing :D ALTHOUGH Im afraid I might be like a kid in a candy shop. I never should have bought extra cages last month. I do have 5 quarantine cages set up just in case I find that many rabbits to bring home! (and there are another 4 cages that can be set up). But hopefully I will be content to bring home only 2-3 new rabbits!! And just to let you know how deep the addiction is beginning to run: I have lots extra space in our barn loft and for the past few years have been trying to figure out what to do with a 20x10 area. So today Im up there and it hits me - a rabbit colony!! It would be a great place for the winter housing of a group of rabbits. Of course a few cages would also be nice up there, but Im really entertaining the colony idea. Of course it would then entail getting a summer colony area set up as it gets too warm in the loft in the summer months. You would think I should stop making more work for myself!!!
