Getting so frustrated.... Have 3 separate lifelong ailments that Ive been diagnosed with.... all i can usually manage but sometimes all three flare up simultaneously. Im having problems at work because of each of these things....affecting work...sometimes causing me to leave work.... one time even having to be picked up to go to the ER... so I pour my heart out to my doctors afraid of losing my job... because i go into work everyday sometimes with all 3 of these things reaking havoc.... trying to do the best I can... i am there.... regardless if i am puking.... have a migraine.... or other unmentionable things..... because its my job. But now these ailments are causing some of my nunbers to slip.... and im getting talked to about things and though i explain and my managers sympathize, once things go past our local office its no longer in there hands. I pour my heart out to my doctors...who basically turn their heads at me and say that theyre not willing to cover it for me. No offense to those who get coverage from their doctors... Most are my friends.... but some of my friends get coverage for the same exact ailments i have and some for less severe. Why can I not.... do I have to leave the doctors Ive been working with for over 10 years to find someone who will actually help me? leave a job Ive worked at for 11 years that has more spontaneous flexibility? Or sit and suffer hoping to make it and not be reprimanded for not being able to perform at 100% .... getting frustrated.... i love my job and and my career... but these health issues are going to ruin it for me
