Getting some rest and lots of chemo. The old television is going and I have picked up some innings of good little league baseball while in and out of sleepy-time. A good, peaceful day. I dont mention him very often, but I sure am pleased with my son. He fights every day through a tough life. After being injured in the military he has a life of disability though the VA does not recognize him at 100% disabled. So, he works at activities to keep his mind going though he can do little to nothing physically. He makes the best of the hand he was dealt and this makes him someone I look up to in so many ways. He has talent beyond most anyone I know and could easily give into depression from all he goes through daily and all he has seen in his young life. His government has certainly let him down, but I am hopeful today that a contact has been made that will help him get some normalcy back. Pray wth me today that the contact made with a JAG will get some things moving in a very positive way. Thank you and God Bless you!
