Getting started with my day. Been up for a while. I sat outside with my coffee this morning till it got too humid. I came in and turned all the air conditioners on. Now it is lovely in here, but it is dark because of the curtains and blinds being shut. I think it will be a good day to stay in and eat food and watch the ballgame on tv. I wieghed myself today and it looked like I was back up to 158 but I am not sure. I will have to have Bob look at the scale while I am on it. I am going to have BBQ chicken and a salad for lunch today. Yummers....
