Getting super excited for our five course food and wine pairing at the end of next month. Usually I pair the food I make with a beer/wine, but this time I submitted a menu and they are pairing the wines for me! Super excited to see what they place next to my plates! Endive and Watercress Salad w/salmon, pears, fresh tarragon and a sherry-dijon vinaigrette Crab Bisque w/roasted garlic cream and ginger-cilantro gremolata, served with a crostini Smoked Duck Breast w/wilted kale, risotto cake and a roasted cherry tomato sauce Coq au Vin w/a fingerling and turnip smash. Cardamom-Peach Gelato w/a strawberry-ginger compote and crumbled biscotti The possibilities are so exciting!!!
