Getting the word out about Americas VetDogs is what this is all about. Yes they have made a huge difference in my life but until others hear about how they change lives and help those veterans still in need the job is not done. The latest numbers I have heard are about 33 Veterans commit suicide daily and that is just unacceptable. Americas VetDogs trains service dogs to the highest ADI standards which is what the military and VA both require to meet their toughest access rules. To have a service dog trained to any lesser degree is like giving someone that needs oxygen a tube only long enough to get halfway around the house. If you can not access everywhere then you defeat the purpose and cause more injury. These dogs change lives. These organizations like Americas VetDogs give the live blood back to our nations veterans when they need it most. Take time to share my story, forget it is me change the name for all I care but get the word out that we as a nation have to support our troops after they have supported us. We can not wait for our government to do it for us. All it takes is a moment and a small donation to keep groups like Vetdogs going. If Every American sent a penny in they could fund enough dogs for everyone that needs one. Unfortunately I can not reach every American so I ask each of you to give more then a penny, let your heart decide. Thank you and please remember share this with as many people as you can.
