Ghana is indeed a laughable country especially with those at the helm of affairs. The government has asked an economic or financial unit of the state to investigate the bank accounts of deposed deputy communication minister, Vicky Hammah for her expressed intent of making some one million dollar before leaving her office.The government should not be smart and try to make the embattled young lady a scape goat of the dysfunctional and somewhat useless government.If the government headed by JDM want some of us to take them serious then they should broaden the scope to allow for full scale investigation into all the issues contained in the tape.The government on one hand is telling us the comments that Nana Oye Lithur saw the juges of the SC to influence their line of thought before the verdict of the presidential election petition is false but trying to investigate her intent of making some money.Hypocrisy at its apogee.The same lady in the leaked tape said her boss, Omane Boamah is taking bribes at the ministry and not given her a portion of it but bidding her time to get hold of hers someday.Who is investigating Oye Lithur and Omane Boamah.The government cannot fool us all.The SC of Ghana has ruled that the likes of Woyome, Waterville and Isofoton have connived with government functionaries to rob the poor people of this country of hard earned currency running over hundred million dollars, yet the government is reluctant to chase these greedy bastards both in and out of the government to collect our monies.If this government could act so swiftly on Vicky, I urged the same government to stop shielding the very people that have committed gargantuan economic and financial crimes against the innocent poor tax payer.Ibrahim Mahama, the brother of the president is owing the Ghanaian worker to a tune of nearly 30 million dollars through a loan facility he acquired in 2008 and has failed to honour the repayment.Well, I am not surprised at the conduct of the president because as sitting vice president, he presided over the most corrupt transactions ever in our political life as a country.He is continuing from where he left off as vice president. Amajaro, STX, GUMA,Embria Plane,Subah Info Solutions,Gyeeda,Asontaba Akomfem deals etc.This and many more readily comes mind.This president is not only useless to our cause but certainly wasting the presidential space.
