Giannis behavior is in most ways typical and appropriate for a 3 year old in all areas of social, behavior and play, with language the communication is there we just need him to articulate. he seems to be at 4-5 word sentences now. his eating and trying of new foods is spectacular. gianni is moments away from being a completely typical 3 year old boy excuse me while i cry the most awesome tears of joy. it has been two years since that severe autism non verbal diagnosis and gianni has come leaps and bounds. We did and do every holistic approach we possibly can for him (minus HBOT) and we will continue to heal autism. autism can be preventable, can be curable, can be treatable. i am one, but of an army of warrior mothers who refuse to accept a diagnosis just for what it is. this has been one hell of a journey and it will continue to be for the rest of his life but i am beyond thankful for where we are today.
