Giant Leg sets for @cas86m this morning who is 3 weeks out from comp. Todays killer workout consisted of: 1. Trap bar deads x10 2. Hack squats x10 (5 pauses up and down) 3. Laying ham curl x10 4. Glut/ham raise x20 5. Squats x10 6. Walking lunges x20 (10 weighted 10 body weight) 7. Leg press x20 (10 narrow feet 10 wide feet) 8. Sissy squats x10 (not videoed) 3 sets w/ 1 min rest. All exercises are performed with emphasis on one under tension, slow eccentric!!
