Giant smile in my heart!💗 Last evenings guided relaxation, breathing and meditation session in Thompson Park was the kick off event for my biological family, who will be gathering together all weekend to visit with my oldest brother, Christopher, and his family who are visiting from Texas. There is no better way to close a meditation class....bowing in Namaste..... to the hearts of your mother, siblings and your beautiful nieces and nephews all together for the first time in years and many who have never taken part in the practice before! There was a lot of loving light in that space last evening!!!! Gods grace was AMAZING! Well be back Sunday at 6:30pm for Family Yoga! Join myself and the McCormack clan!
