We have a 4000-sq. ft, newly renovated street-level office, spanning two floors on a beautiful, quiet block in the heart of Tribeca. We can accommodate your ever-changing production and post-production space needs, whether it is for a few weeks or a few months. For additional storage, local hard drives may be used or server access is available (Final Share with more than 100TB of room). Equipped with a set of speakers, and some suites have a TV display. All updates functioning on Final Cut 7.0.3. Software such as Microsoft Office, Media Silo, Cyber Duck, Fetch, Visual Hub, Handbrake, Drop Box, Skype, Ecamm Voice Recorder, Youtube, Vimeo, and Aspera are available upon request. A producer station can also be added with: Apple 27inch IMAC (or if needed a Mac Book Pro laptop) 3.2GHz quad-core Intel Core i5 Turbo Boost up to 36GHz 8GB memory 1TB hard drive NVIDIA GeForce GT 755M with 1GB video memory Note: This can also be fully connected to the Final Share system. Each room has one telephone and a private extension assigned. We have 3 independent WIFI/DSL cable lines for internet connection for uploading and downloading media. Gigantic will provide a FTP host (from Media Temple) for any private video links sharing. For file sharing, Drop Box is installed on all systems. If a high level of file sharing is needed, we also have High Tail installed on each system for larger file sharing. Various edit suites/office space available. See below photos.
