Ginger and Turmeric are great for muscle soreness and joint pain. They are also incredible for digestion and motion sickness. If you can get your hands on the roots and juice them, thats awesome and beneficial, and if you can find some raw dried (under 118°) powder (znaturalfoods has great quality) and mix a couple tablespoons in water and drink it then youll see great results in no time. Anyone that knows what it feels like to hit leg day at the gym and not be able to walk right for a couple of days will really appreciate its benefits.
