Ginisang Upo with Pork Cracklings &Fried Pusit. It was a Monday rush,and i am still trying to recharged because my previous road trip was long,thus exhausting. I was sick the whole night of Sunday but I drink a hot glass of milk,ate fiber rich foods,and slept early. I woke and felt better but my mind was bothered with the forthcoming technical assessment of Museo de Bacarra to be conducted by NCCA. I should coordinate to Sir Nico important details to be needed by the assessment. I didnt cook this morning,I was in a hurry for the flag ceremony. Later on this afternoon,after watering my plants, lighted my Star and my Christmas Tree,I cooked Upo and Fried Pusit. The Pusit was given by Mg Nida,while the UPO was shared by my Ading. These are just so easy to cook but nutricious and divine. Life can be enjoyed meaningfully in simple ways.As long as its from the heart, God will grace your events in a thousand fold.Naimbag a Rabii Yu Kailian!Mangan Taun!
