Girls...girls...girls...how are you going to expect to tone and tighten up your lower body if you do not work your hamstrings. I have NEVER seen a single female perform this movement at primw Fitness or any other gym for that matter. Your hamstrings arr connected to your ass. If you have good quads (the front)...a good butt...BUTT no hamstrings...you are cutting yourself short of your true potential.
