Girls who lift weights are cool. But too many are scared of it, so they dont lift, they stick with the cardio-rollercoaster: Hit the cardio; lose some weight; stop losing weight; hit it harder; lose a tiny bit; gain some weight. And on and on.... In the past I havent made any attempt to train ladies for that reason. Many dont like to lift so I cant help them. But Ive got some awesome girls in the gym that get their lifting done and are making great progress and feeling a billion times better because of it. We concentrate on the major lifts like squats, deadlifts, chin ups, olympic lifting and core work. We do loads of varied conditioning with the ropes, sleds and astro turf and they hit circuits hard too. Theyve been asking me a for a girls version the of No Excuses programme. They want what that offers; An awesome programme to follow that works Some training partners and competition to get them smashing new records To make real visible progress towards their goals. As always....I deliver what my people want. The Girls No Excuses Programme will be starting in April.
