Gita 4.18. . .(5) NEVER TREAT WORK AS DRUDGERY. Gita will not allow it. Find joy in work. What a beautiful idea! Even the simplest work, you can find joy in it, because you have put spiritual value in the work. Work itself is just an external action. But it is my mind that gives value to the work that I do. I inject value into work; then I find it is fine and quite pleasant. No tension. So, work on without tension, Sri Krishna had said in 3.30, yudhyasva vigatajvarah (युध्यस्व विगतज्वर:), carry on the battle of life without inner tension, inner fever; jvaraj (ज्वर:) means fever or tension; vigata (विगत) means without. Work on, work hard, for the good of all, said Sri Krishna in the third chapter. So he says: कर्मण्यकर्म यः पश्येद् अकर्मणि च कर्म यः| स बुद्धिमान् मनुष्येषु स युक्तः कृत्स्नकर्मकृत्|| Source: Universal Message of the Bhagavad-Gita, Pub.
