Give Responsibly In The City Of Cape Town This Winter!!! During winter, Cape Town is one of the coldest and wettest cities in South Africa. Which can make life difficult, especially for 7000 homeless people living on the streets, so in order to keep this issue top of mind, the City Of Cape Town created an initiative that generates awareness & support whenever the weather turns bad. They used a hydrophobic coating which was applied over the stenciled messages throughout the city, now this stencil message is invisible in dry conditions, but when it begins to rain the waterproof surface repels the rainwater, creating the outline of the stencil message.
