Give Your Clients What They Need, As Well As What They Want... As a fitness professional you should know and appreciate that nutrition accounts for (at least) 80% of yours and your clients results. Therefore, whether you’re running a BootCamp, an Aerobics class or Spinning sessions, you should have some form of nutrition advice. Obviously there is a wide and varied opinion as to what the best approach is, and it’s far beyond the scope of this post to determine what that actually is. However it’s a fairly safe bet that whatever you choose to promote as a nutrition plan, it will be better than what most of your clients are currently doing, so take the time to research, learn, try out and finally document what you feel is the best approach to help your clients get the best results possible. After all, they don’t come to your sessions to flog themselves for the fun of it (well, some might!), they come for the health, fitness and often primarily, the aesthetics that your sessions will help with, if we can make all that come quicker by helping them with what they eat and drink, why wouldn’t you?!
