Give therefore thy servant an UNDERSTANDING heart to thy people that I may discern btw gud and bad for who is able to Judge dis thy so great a people (1 Kings 3 : 9) at d root of every outsanding endeavour including but not limited to marriage lies an undersanding and dat propelled him to pray to God for the baptism of d Spirit of understanding as soon as he made of Israel. Many marriages lack understanding and dat is why they have remained frustrating experiences.Many couples actually wish dey were married.At d root of divorce,quarrels,infidelity and competition in marriage lies lack of understanding.Every marriage dat will b outstanding must b operated on the platform of understanding (prov 8:14-22).Understanding is the ablity to know what to do and when to do it.Without understanding one is stranded in life.So many marriages have become stranded due to lack of marital understanding.Couple file for divorce as soon as they exhaust the understanding at dier disposal.Marriage is expected to last a life time only lack of understanding makes people and their marriage abruptly .
