Given that no power is specifically given for the federal - TopicsExpress

Given that no power is specifically given for the federal government to collect data on citizens, without a warrant, aside from census information, can someone please explain to me how the NSA collection program is not a violation of both the 4th and 10th amendment? Not only does it invade and violate your privacy, but also claims a power for federal use that was not specifically delineated to the federal government (spying on Americans communication and collecting that data for later processing)
