Given what Ive seen of Covered California, Im surprised anyone has been able to sign up for anything. A verification pending for two months, a statistically insignificant likelihood of ever reaching anyone on the phone, and no hope of anything materializing. This has really taken bureaucracy to the level of farce. No complaint about the DMV can even be considered within an order of magnitude of the impenetrability of this system.
