Givers are often rich in qualities that most people are not trained to see and appreciate easily. The common average person determines ones wealth by outward material appearances, physical possessions or financial status. People like this also completely over look the incredible resource that a loving giving person actually is. Most givers are not wealthy people by those standards, after all they often sacrificed of themselves to the betterment of others. The opportunists that have abused the giver the are often successful, rich in abundance but far too often miserable. Learning the lesson the hard way that money and things cannot buy or equal to happiness. Thats a lesson the giver already knows.. That is the primary source of their generosity..meaning they often help people achieve wealth and hardly want any of it for themselves. They see it as giving a gift to a person. Many givers are not materialistic people. Givers are often the defining examples of unselfishness, compassion, love, empathy for others to go by. Yes, you can throw in an undying loyalty, a huge dose of integrity.bined with the collective understanding that a model of cooperation is much better model of competition. Takers are too busy selfishly trying to gain all that they can, regardless of the cost or expense to others..nor eventually themselves. Takers are too busy being preoccupied with the infinitely insatiable pursuit of more . So just remember when you see someone who seems to be down on their luck, and have been given a bed of nails to sleep on instead of a bed of Rose pedals.. Just remember that often this person is rich...in qualities...in character..things that money couldnt buy...they chose to remain a person of integrity rather than to sell their souls just become as heartless and selfish as most takers are. So ask yourself... Am i a giver? Or am i a taker? Now take a look at your mate and ask the same thing to yourself about them. Not a judgement but an honest observation. Which one are you? A giver?
