Giving Thanks By Apostle Mo Nasir Quote: Psa 136:1 O give thanks unto the LORD; for [he is] good: for his mercy [endureth] for ever. How does one give thanks to the Lord today? Many believe that Christians give thanks to God as they sing praises and give offerings. And although we who are in covenant render unto the Lord spiritual sacrifices of praise daily, through false indoctrination many outside of covenant have no clue as to what the proper sacrifice is. We give thanks to God daily by submitting the sovereignty of our will to God’s grace and using the spiritual things that He has provided for our sanctification. This is how we boldly approach the throne of grace so that we might obtain mercy, and grace to help in the time of need. This is not speaking of the needs of man’s frailty, but the soul’s need to be purged of iniquity and regenerated daily with the virtues of Christ. This is how we experience of remission of sins and this is why it is so vitally important that Christians today learn the truth from living apostles, and obediently obey the truth by using the tools of the kingdom of Light. Quote: Eph 1:16 Cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers; Col 1:3 We give thanks to God and the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you, 1Th 1:2 We give thanks to God always for you all, making mention of you in our prayers; 1Th 5:18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. 2Th 2:13 But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth: Praying in tongues is a tool of the New Covenant and God uses it to search the inner caverns of the soul and plot the path of recovery. That is why it is important to pray in tongues daily, for each time you do you initiate a growth cycle, in which the work of salvation continues in the soul. Not to mention when you pray in tongues you are also keeping the commandments of Jesus Christ to forbid not to speak with other tongues, and to build up your most holy faith praying in the Holy Ghost. This is one of the ways that we earnestly contend for the faith, and how we keep our cadence of faith being led by the Spirit. Quote: 1Cr 14:39 Wherefore, brethren, covet to prophesy, and forbid not to speak with tongues. (commandment) Hbr 13:15 By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of [our] lips giving thanks to his name. (commandment) By Him therefore let us. When you pray in tongues you are speaking as the Spirit gives the utterance. This is how intercession is made for our souls, through Christ mediation. He lives to forever make intercession for us, now is this speaking of how He is in heaven interceding for us to amass great wealth in life, or is He interceding for our souls so that we can bear much fruit being filled with the abundant riches of His grace. Paul said that when we pray in an unknown tongue we speak mysteries. This is because the Spirit is communicating to the Father those things which are being addressed for healing within, thus the Father issues more grace and more peace to sustain us through the process of regeneration. Another tool used to give thanks unto the Father is preaching, the hearing or studying of the apostles’ doctrine which establishes us in truth. When we were in the FRS we heard sermons that got us excited, made us shout and dance, but after it all subsided we were left empty and drained. This is because the preaching we heard lacked the power of God’s grace as it drew no faith from our hearts. Christianity today is suffering because they lack the ordered knowledge of Christ that prescribes perfect direction for faith. This is because they have rejected His government by which we receive the knowledge of the truth that His Spirit works with to transform the soul. These are also tools or contact points of the Spirit which brings our soul into the Father’s care daily. Through instruction from living apostles believers learn how to approach a Holy God, serve a Holy God, and know their Father in heaven through the fruit that He produces in us on a daily basis. One of the most misused tools today in the church is the tool of prophecy. Today it has been used as a tool to speak to people concerning their lives, dreams, and ambitions. When prophecy comes forth it is for the edification of the church, there is no such thing as personal prophecy that is called sooth saying. God is not going to send a prophet to you confirming what your dreams are for your life and give you the direction you should take to fulfill it. True prophets of God confirm the apostles’ doctrine, which it to say that they confirm Christ. As believers we offer unto God level 1 prophecies daily. This is called prophesying from the anointing because we are drawing from the anointing of truth that has already been laid within our hearts through our willingness to manifest this pattern to confirm Christ. Through this continued confirmation we are daily being molded into the image of Christ. So let us covet to prophesy and forbid not to speak with other tongues, for in this we do contend for the faith and fulfill all righteousness. “Blessed are the saints of the Most High God who serve the Lord with gladness at His altar, for as we offering the spiritual sacrifices of prayer and prophecy, we receive of Him mercy and grace by which He completes the work of salvation He has begun in our souls.” May your hearts be enlarged by the grace of God, Apostle Mo Nasir
