Dogs in Kosove are being starved to death, then are being burned and buried, and of this there is ample proof. A civilized country should align laws to match humane demands and expectations - Your practice should be geared toward the meaningful, legal and humane methods of neutering and spaying dogs to prevent overpopulation and abandonment. Such practice would be in line with those in developed countries and the rest of Europe. As citizens of Kosove, Albania and the rest of Europe and the world, we urge you and demand that you stop the killing, starvation and incineration of innocent animals and humanitys oldest companions; instead you should spend your money and energy toward creating a more sustainable living environment in Kosove for both people and animals, by treating animals humanely and by instituting fines for people who abandon and mistreat companion and stray animals, and other forms of punishment including jail for animal abusers, of whom there are way too many in Kosove! You cannot create a civilized society in Kosove without stopping your brutal treatment of the animals.
