Glad that got done. What Im recognising more & more. When I dont commit to my actions, my anxiety, stress increases and moods drop. If you said you were going to do something, especially for YOURSELF, get it done. Skipping that workout, not taking that walk, not cooking the meal you planned or making the smarter decision when grabbing a snack in the shop. When you skip on your commitments you are telling your self Im not good enough, I dont believe in my self. You are going against what makes you happy. DO THE WORK. CHOOSE HAPPINESS.
