Glad to see my old mixing board getting some love again. May it travel many miles with Justin Pietro AKA Dub Architect as he takes over as its caretaker and dub maker. The board I used for many a DubConscious show and over a hundred studio recordings (I produced as Piper Street Sound) has found a new home. Alex Crowley one of DubCs biggest fans, was actually quite randomly there the moment I handed the board off to PASSAFIREs TM when they stopped in Atlanta last Friday before they met up with Justin and delivered the board. I had a little sad moment as I carried it in its gig bag over my shoulder for the last time and was glad an old DubC fan was there to see it off. Excited to play a part in mentoring and supporting the next generation of Dub engineers, (even though I still have a lot of dubbin left in me too). Watching Justins development from when I first sent him stems for one of my tunes to being way up there on the charts for his recent remix for Rebelutionhas been nice.
