Glad to see that the NCAA is correcting the injustice they handed out to PSU. The Sandusky crimes were disgusting and the damage to kids deplorable. Nevertheless, they were always a legal issue and never required NCAA action. The NCAA was trying to act like big shots and show power. It will blow up in their face when all is revealed. Sanctions have been restored and now they must restore the 409 wins to the teams of the Paterno era. This is what happens when the media goes wild and people react without due process. Remember the Duke lacrosse team and how Sports Illustrated savaged them. We never learn. I know as a Penn State grad, I am biased. The truth, I believe, will prove me right and that the Freeh Reports charges of a cover up to protect the football program was wrong. Unfortunately, the damage to a great school, athletic program and to the reputation of people may never be restored.
