Glassboro/Rowan Good Neighbors Forum: Glassboro Downtown Residents Invited To Discuss Student Residential Issues Glassboro officials and Rowan University representatives invite residents to a meeting on Monday, November 10 at 5:30 p.m. to discuss student code of conduct and related issues in residential areas. The Glassboro/Rowan Good Neighbors Forum will take place in the courtroom in Borough Hall (1 South Main Street, Glassboro) and all are welcome to attend. Glassboro is committed to helping residents co-exist in neighborhoods with student renters. We need to hear about issues and challenges so that they can be properly addressed, said Glassboro Mayor Leo McCabe. McCabe added that one tangible result of resident input has been enhanced police patrols in student residential neighborhoods. Eight part-time police officers now provide special patrols on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings in a shared service agreement with Rowan University. Glassboro residents are encouraged to email [email protected] at any time with issues related to Rowan student code of conduct in off-campus residences.
