Phillips Dude, I dont have any problem at all believing that God *can* use your cell to reach you (or anyone else), I just dont understand why a man who professes to be a minister and prophet still needs such a material crutch. Its like what is written in Hebrews....you should be past such spiritually infant-level things by now. Its bordering on forms of divination which are forbidden in Scripture. Additionally, Ill see your computer electronics engineering (which by the way, would mean that you are a computer hardware tech - which has only the most rudimentary bit of anything to do with the solid state and/or wireless tech of cellphones), and raise you my own credentials. Youve apparently forgotten that *I* graduated as Salutatorian of the class of 1995 from Trotwood-Madison High School *and* Miami Valley Career Tech Center...with my own degree in electronics tech, then went on to Case Western Reserve University - one of the top 20 Engineering Colleges in the nation - *on merit based academic scholarship* ...I will flatly admit I changed majors and did not complete my BS in Engineering, but that has nothing whatsoever to do with knowing how wi-fi hotspots work on cell phones, anyway. Im quite willing to post scans of my diplomas to back up my statements. I *never* say I have x credential without being prepared to *post* x credential. And honestly these credentials arent necessary to prove out how cell phone wifi hotspots work. 30 seconds on Google can do that. You are mixing Scripture and rubbish. You remind me of the Gnostics, who teach non-Biblical crap about Adams first wife, Lilith or all those angel cults that elevate Gods servants above us, and above God. If youre getting messages on your cell from God you should verify that anyone else can see them...and then you should start working on tracing those texts....because seriously...if no one else can see the texts, you might want to get some psych meds...and if anyone else *can* ...you still need to chat with your Wireless carrier about the origin of said texts. But what *REALLY* gets to me, Mr. Ive got a computer electronics degree, is that should KNOW that setting up a phone as a wifi hotspot has nothing to do with *getting* a call, or a text, or an email ON that phone. Now...if you were telling people to plug in this SSID/pwd to their list of available wireless networks THAT would at least make sense. I could *much* more easily believe the fiction that theres this vast wireless network out there that anyone can link into...at least it would be in line with how wifi works...but even then...it wouldnt get you texts. Youd still have to be *sent* a text by God...and *that* can happen no matter what wireless network youre on. So if nobody mortal needs me to even be hooked to wifi to send me texts, why the Hell would GOD be limited? It just doesnt add up. Seriously...ever seen Star Trek V....Why does GOD need a starship? There is nothing to believe. What you are telling people to do is set their phones up to be wifi hotspots. This then opens their data plan -- at their expense -- to be used by anyone who has that SSID and password and is in range to hook up. Every time I call you out on that fact, you backpedal and tell people to put whatever *other* number as their password. It seems to me like you are hoping that all your little followers will set up their phones as wireless hotspots so that you can hopefully find free (for you) wifi whenever you (or anyone else who knows your trick) is in range of a phone thus set up. And thats pretty damn duplicitous for a minister. In any case - if you worship a God who cannot reach you but through your technology...you need to upgrade before you lose your soul. You are on all the wrong path with this, and you are dragging others down with you.
