Other than an interview between Sid Roth and Perry Stone from November 24th, the fear makers have been quiet. In fact, this recent interview between Roth and Stone has a noticeably more agitated tone than the one they conducted in August. It is notable that last December Sid Roth mentioned Preterism for the first time on his show as if it had just resurfaced. Whereas in this November interview it is clear that Sid is very upset at Preterists. Preterism has made a major advance in 2014 and has been impacting the sales of fear-based eschatology. This strikes a nerve and has been causing a major reactionary flailing by Futurists. This is a sign of excellent growth in Optimistic Eschatology. Dr. Welton has just completed filming on location in Western Turkey at Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamum, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia, and Laodicea. This will be a documentary style teaching resource from a historical contextual perspective, the first of it’s kind. Forty Apostolic leaders under the age of 40 recently gathered in LA and Dr Welton was privy to this meeting. There were many places and networks represented from England, Australia, Dubai, South Korea, etc.; as well as from all over the US. Although the details of this annual meeting are quite secret, the content was absolutely encouraging. There are incredible things taking place in the kingdom all over the globe. One of the international leaders spoke of his church going from 200 members 2 years ago to being a mega-church for his region with over 800! We are living in the most exciting and encouraging days of the Kingdom of God yet to date. The kingdom has advanced further than ever before, this is a statistical fact, no other time in human history has 33% of the world’s population claimed that Jesus is Lord. The Holy Ghost and Father of Lights movies are encouraging Spirit-empowered evangelism which is creating a stir and the hope of being used in the marketplace by the Lord. The Church is getting out of the Church and getting a vision for being used wherever they go. Also Compelled by Love, the Shara Pradhan film about Rolland and Heidi Baker has been inspiring the younger generation toward giving more time and focus to advancing the kingdom. The Welton Academy, which is currently the main silo of the system known as Better Covenant Theology, has recently crossed several streams and is negotiating partnerships with several large networks that would like to promote Welton Academy. This will give a huge boost to Optimistic Eschatology and BCT, big news ahead in 2015. Understanding the Whole Bible. The first 1000 copies are currently on order from the printer. We are told they will be 450 pages, hardcover with red leather wrap binding and gold embossed. This book will introduce the larger Body of Christ to Better Covenant Theology, it has been peer reviewed and approved. THE INDEXES Fear Index: (5.75) With the holidays in full swing, with no blood moons for a while, and ebola paranoia behind us, the fear index has dipped from a 7 in October down to a 5.75. The Ferguson Missouri riots brought a slight increase in fear, yet faith is high that more advances in racial equality can be made. This is not a time for fear, but a time for racial progress. Supernatural Index: God is currently softening hearts. As we head into the holidays, the Spirit has been reconnecting families, healing old wounds and bringing resolution. Many of our analysts are reporting that the flakiness of some charismatic circles has reached an all time low for the last decade and now it seems that healthy kingdom representatives are cropping up everywhere. The advent of Supernatural Ministry schools nationwide has played a large part on this transition. Freedom Index: The covenant debates are beginning to heat up. The main accusation that has surfaced is that throwing out the Old Covenant is throwing out the Old Testament. The onus is on the BCT teachers to show that the Old Covenant is not the Old Testament. Also Perry Stone has announced that he is co-authoring a book on covenant, which will be released in early 2015. This follows on the heels of September’s Intelligence report where we predicted that more books on covenant will be coming in 2015 and that the conflict will heat up. Stone’s book is sure to be in strong opposition to Better Covenant Theology. AREAS of OBSERVATION Dr. Lance Wallnau, since our mention of Wallnau’s futurist theology in September’s report, his social media activity regarding the topic has dropped to zero. This is very positive news as it will give him time to step back and reevaluate and propose an eschatology which works for his Millennial constituents. We bless him in his study and research. Other Major Leaders. I have privately emailed with a few renown Apostolic Leaders regarding their eschatology, especially since a few years ago they were very outspoken in favor of Optimistic Eschatology, yet at this point they have confirmed that they are not going to fight that battle anymore. Dr. Martin Trench comments: I have noticed that a number of more “liberal” or “progressive” authors and teachers - many in the emergent stream - who previously had been disinterested in eschatology are now showing interest in the preterist perspective. I have also noticed many “grace” and “finished work” people beginning to realize that a proper eschatology is important and gives their other views a foundation. Some believe there are 700,000, some over a million. Operation World puts the annual growth rate at 19.7 per cent.
