Globe and Smart Pre-Paid Load Vending Machine At Terminal 2 Arrival. There are no PhP100 load (except SIM cards) in the vending machine at the immigration area. The machine only carries PhP300 and PhP500 denominations. There is a handwritten note stating that the machine does not give out change. I go up the 3rd Floor to the Pre-Paid Kiosk. The guy tending the booth said that the PhP300 load costs the same amount, but the PhP100 load sells for PhP120. Ha? Ayon ba sa batas yan? I asked. Opo, with a forced smile. One is obliged to buy the PhP300 or PhP500 load if one does not want to lose out on the purchase. There are no other vendors selling pre-paid load. Pagod, puyat, perwisyo at tagaktak na pawis, I bought the PhP120 because I didnt want to give them more business. Mas mataas pa sa 12% VAT yung tongpats na bente pesos.
