Gloria Dulan-Wilson Tabilulu Prod, Paule-Sylvie Yonke, Zico Cavalli, Aladji Ahovi, et al , just remember this evil we see here in the US was visited upon our ancestors in Africa - and became what was later called the rape of Africa where Black men were torn away from their wives and thrown into the bottom of ships, where Black women were likewise stolen, raped, abused; where any Black man who dared to stand up to them in Africa was cut down with bullets; where, once they were brought to the US the inhumanity escalated - these people started out as Brits, Portuguese, Spanish, French, and later became what we now know as Americans. This evil we witness here still happens in Africa, but its masked by internecine wars, intratribal conflict, brothers against brothers - but the hand behind it is the same hand that is pulling the trigger here in the US. Its the same hand that has wiped out nearly two-thirds of the Original People of this country (aka Indians). Like a rabid dog, once they taste human blood there is only one solution - but because they make the laws they dont have to face the natural consequences that should come as the result of such atrocities. The white mans justice as enunciated to the Original People, of which my mothers side of the family was a part, was as much withheld from them when they burned and pillaged their homes as it is when an Eric Garner or Michael Brown is gunned down in the middle of the street. It is injustice steeped in tradition of consistent wrong doing with impunity. Sometimes the only thing you can do to stop a dog from gnawing at your leg is take a stick and whack it on the nose - or upside the head. Works every time.
