Glory, honor, power and Majesty belong to our God who in his infinite mercy make us to see another week in July: topic for the week is escape for thy life and this week will be focusing on RUN TO THE MOUNTAIN Gen 19:17 And it came to pass, when they had brought them abroad, that he said, escape for thy life; Look not behind thee, neither stay thou in the plain; ESCAPE TO THE MOUNTAIN, lest thou be consumed in the above scripture the words of the angel are crucial to our life as we looked at Look Neither run to the plain last week, now the angel ask us not to run to the plain, at least humanly speaking there should be an alternative in order to escape from destruction which is the mountain. Why do we need to run to the mountain for safety. 1. Mountain belongs to the Lord (Isaiah 2:1-3). 2. Mountain serve as safety abode (Exodus 33:22), the mountain is the only place you and me can run to because safety is not on the valley, neither is there our savior on the plain but get to the mountain, you are secure from destruction and my sincere prayer is that the strength to run to the mountain the Lord will give us in Jesus name.
