Glory to God In the Highest! Monday Morning rise and shine! This Morning on the way to the gym a song came on the radio that lined up perfectly with my morning scripture reading. The song asks the question....cant you see a change in me (I posted the video...oh by the way put your dancing shoes on) while the question is not profound, your answer is. Tell you what here is the scripture 2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come. I love it, cant you see a change in me the “old things have passed away.” The “old” refers to the love of sin, I have a new walk a new talk! The old me had among other things a hot temper, the sharp tong, the fist ready to shed blood....this list could on on and on and I am sure if you are honest you have a list of old things also! But the question remains can others see it! Can others see the Christ centered you or do they see a sinner talking a good game. Friends talk is a cheap commodity. This is a call for Realness! This is a call to “put off the old man and old sinful deeds cast them aside and leave them in the past and leave them there! It time for the new YOU to shine! “The self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness” Ephesians 4:24 and put on the new self, which in the likeness of God has been created in righteousness and holiness of the truth.
