Gluten Free Lesson #1 - Always read the label on everything. The Mini eggs on the left are gluten free by ingredient, & dont contain a gluten may contain statement or warning. It says the product is made in New Zealand. The packet on the right, seems like an identical product but when you read carefully it contains Maltodextrin from wheat & is therefore NOT gluten free. Its made in Poland. I had a bit of a closer look, and even the nutritional values per 100g are very different. I always double & triple check everything, especially when I am baking for others. I bought both packets to show you all.
