Gluten free lavender sea salt chocolate chunk almond butter cookies and pumpkin bread, hello fall! Gluten free cookies: 1 cup oat flour 1 cup oats 1/2 cup almond meal 1/4 cup almond milk 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 tablespoon cinnamon 2 teaspoons cardamom 1 cup almond butter 1.5 Not Your Sugar Mama lavender sea salt chocolate bars broken up into bits 1 teaspoon sea salt 4 tablespoons maple syrup 1 tablespoon raw sugar 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon baking powder Mix dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls, slowly stir dry into wet. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Heat oven to 350. Add cookie balls about 1.5 tablespoons each to sheet. Bake for 11 minutes. Remove from oven, flatten with a fork and sprinkle sea salt and cinnamon on each! Sugar too if you want. Enjoy!
