Gluten sensitivity or Roundup poisoning? This article is likely right on the mark. Often here when we farmed in the late 1990s many farmers were already spraying their barley and canola fields with roundup just prior to harvest. Wheat didnt grow in our area so I am not so familiar with how the farmers sprayed it. But, roundup killed all the unripe plants and the grain was easier to harvest sooner. I was horrified, to be honest. There was supposed to be a ban so this kind of crop was only for livestock. From what I could tell there was absolutely no checks or balances in the system so I think a lot of farmers just sprayed and never said anything out loud. That was when I realized the power of companies like Monsanto and when I could not tolerate the business of farming anymore. I quit. That was in 2000. Thanks to this article for at least saying it out loud. Yes, we are all likely eating Roundup.
