Goals are important, but whats even more CRITICAL to reaching any goal effectively is having a system or routine built around it. Say you want to gain 30 pounds of solid, lean muscle mass, at a healthy rate of 2 pounds per week, thats your goal. Your system to achieve that goal would be to make sure youre getting in 5-6 meals a day adding up to 4,500 calories total for example, X grams of protein, hitting the gym X times per week, etc. You need a system in place. An everyday routine. Hoping and wishing wont get you there-- Sticking faithfully to your routine guarantees you reach your goal. Like, share.
