Gobble, gobble, gobble! Well have your preordered turkeys at the Bentonville Farmers Market this Saturday. The market opens at 8 AM and ends at 12 noon. Well also have a great selection of pastured, organically fed, air chilled whole chickens and packaged parts. Well have fresh picked, organic, log-grown Sweden Creek shiitake mushrooms. And finally we have our organic, log-grown, low-heat dehydrated shiitake mushroom caps and powder. The powder is great in gravies! The sliced caps would be great in some stuffing! We wont be knife sharpening tomorrow because we will probably be to busy fetching turkeys and chickens out of the freezers. We hope to see you at the market tomorrow!
