God, Give your churches Pastors with a life-changing, relevant, God-inspired word for your people. A word you have processed in them first and not some pieced together message they decided to preach at the last minute. Also, give your churches worship leaders, psalmists, minstrels and levites that daily dwell in your presence and who knows that You are the real Star that should shine bright. Finally, give your churches people/members that come with a heart of expectancy and a participatory spirit; knowing that they are coming to a Worship encounter and not a show. In Jesus name, Amen
