God Sees You As You Really Are Proverbs 21:2-6 Sees is defined as to perceive with the eyes; look at. Your outter appearance is important to other people but God sees you as you really are. The clothes you wear, car you drive or the job you have is totally unimportant to God. He sees our heart and He understands our intentions. The opinions of others should be unimportant to you. What Gods view of you, His understanding of your actions, your thoughts and your motivation should be vitally important. What should be the most important is pleasing our Father in heaven. We please Him when our intentions are pure and your actions are just. Have you heard the saying, everything that look good is not always good for you. We are easily fooled by appearances because things are rarely what they seem. A good example is when the serpent spoke to Eve in the Garden of Eden and said to her; Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? Eve said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat. And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons. I come by this morning to let you know you dont have to worry about what you look like on the outside. Please be more concern about the kind of person you are on the inside. God loves you just like you are and now its your turn to do the same thing. Love yourself because everything that looks good, sounds good is not always good for you.
