God always has a way; especially of affirming the inevitability of the duality of essence. Go through history, God has always justified the essence of the woman whenever creation nay society is at a crossroad, such as we find ourselves in Imo State today! As recent as: Rosa Parks (a freed negrowoman) with the resistance to racial segregation in the USA. Indirra Ghandi with the rebirth of independent India. Margaret Thatcher with the restoration of Great Britain. Angela Markel with the restoration of the german confidence and yes the German Machine (it is no surprise they are current World Soccer champions after over a quarter of a century) Come back home, Queen Amina, Princess Idia, Aba women, Funmilayo Ransom-Kuti, even my own great grandmother - Adaeke Onyemegbulem, mother of Dabrinze Onyemegbulem (founder of the Dabrinze Dynasty) women who have stood up, picked up the gauntlet to confront oppression, arrest societal drift or poignantly say Enough is Enough! I am fully convinced we have done the full cycle in recurrent maladministration of Imo State. We definitely cannot survive being the pounding turf of another gang of garrulous and kleptomaniac bigboys. So far, by Impecable pedigree, Career accomplishments and excellence, Commitment to integrity, Doggedness, Capacity for dialogue and unwavering belief in plurality of opinion (the bulwark of democracy) Above all a consistent and enviable track-record. I await that candidate that can beat these credentials possessed by the Distinguished Senator Chris ND Anyanwu. This outstanding credential is not achieved by a flight of fancy, rather by diligent commitment to humanity. Knowing how hard it is to find an alternative, it makes good sense to stay with the meteor in our darkning clouds; The Imo Lioness of Hope! I pray the Peoples Democratic Party will tune to our page and do the needful with the Primaries. Thank you.
