God called my Dad home on Monday, Dec. 15th, he is with my Mom, his parents and all our loved ones who have gone ahead. The last few months have been difficult but the love and support from family and friends made this journey so much easier. Thank you to my friend Pat Dickson and Rod who welcomed into their home so I was able to spend time with Dad while in hospital in Halifax. To Sally MacLeod and Kathy MacLeod MacAdam and their sons who kept in touch and visited. To Dads friends who called, visited and sent cards. To Carmel Phillips and her family who were there for me, again... To my church family Michael Caines, Michele Louise Carter Duplisea, Marie Nagel, Emily N Larry McCoy, April Medford-Burridge, Lana Speight I know Im forgetting names but you are all so important to me. To my childhood friend Joan Anne Kanary for caring and supporting me through this. Thank you is not a big enough word....here are a few pictures of Dad that make me smile. If there is one thing I learned from Dad, its that love makes all the difference.
