God can tear it down, and God can build it back up again, amen. Isaiah 35:1 jumped out at me this morning. Maybe we think we are alone and God has turned His back on us, but if you are thinking like that, its the other way around. That thinking is of one who is stumbling... Jesus said to Saul, it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks. Wouldnt it be easier to turn around and bow humbly? The devil is tricky, but God can take the broken desolate places of our soul, and make it a beautiful refuge of safety, if only we let Him in every way we can. No one is perfect, but we should strive for perfection and we will blossom and bring forth fruit of righteousness again. The scripture says in Isaiah 35:1, The wilderness and the solitary place shall be glad for them; and the desert shall rejoice, and blossom as the rose. God can rebuild the broken. He renews. God restores. It just takes some work on our part. If you are in a hard place right now in life, it is because God wants you there for a reason, most often to teach us something important for our souls. He wants you to seek Him and if you do you will find Him and His door will open for you. Call him up right now in prayer and ask Him to lift you up and make the deserts of your soul blossom as the rose! Matthew 7:7 says, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: Maybe you ask and feel nothing, or see nothing. Ask God to strengthen your faith and to draw near and keep praying. Keep praying until He comes upon you, and if you knock, that door WILL OPEN!
