God did not design His human creation to ever experience Ebola, Cancer, Heart disease or sickness of any kind! To do so would be totally out of character for a loving God. So if God didn’t design man to be sick, why does man get sick? A simple explanation?? SUGAR! (processed sugars, fake sugars,etc)! The key to wellness is a strong and healthy immune system and this is something that most of us have almost TOTAL control over. This control is found in our diet! Sugar is a powerful immune system suppressant! In other words, sugar knocks out the protective power of the immune system. Agatha M. Thrash, M.D., in her book Preventive Medicine, shares that just 6 teaspoons of sugar, the amount in just one glazed donut, decreases the immune system’s ability to destroy bacteria by 25%, while 12 teaspoons of sugar, the approximate amount in one 12 ounce soft drink, decreases its ability to destroy bacteria by 60%, while 24 teaspoons of sugar decreases its ability to destroy bacteria by 92%. And we wonder why our society is so chronically ill....
